German M.P.40 'Schmeisser' Machine Gun | New De-Activation

German M.P.40 'Schmeisser' machine gun. The gun dated 1942, and complete with its folding butt. The gun bears the serial number '78771676' on various metal sections, and the manufacture code 'ayf' for ERMA. Typical of the M.P.40 and later series guns, this has the ribbed top section where the magazine loads, and a ribbed magazine.

Condition report: The pistol in overall very good towards excellent condition. The Bakelite grip plates in excellent condition free from damage. Overall blueing in very good order. Bolt action remains working.
